You need to review your work and improve it until you are confident it will achieve the desired results.

Observe ->Orient->Decide->Act->

Step 1: Read your copy out loud- For some reasons, using actual voice allows you to detach enough from your copy to identify issues.

Step 2: Imagine how the avatar(audience) will perceive the writing. What effect will this copy create in the readers mind?

Step 3: Grammar and spelling check. No one is perfect, always review your own copy to correct small grammar and spelling mistakes. They are major turnoffs.
